01Who we are
OSALP International is an HSE consulting, assessment and in-house training company headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through osalp.com.pk.
02What we collect
When you request a proposal, contact an advisor, subscribe or verify a certificate, we collect the details you give us: name, job title, organisation, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, and information about your request. Our website also records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
03How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, issue and verify certificates, and send updates you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.
04Certificates and Verify OSALP
Certificate records hold the participant name, programme, date and certificate number. Anyone with a certificate number can check whether it is valid. Client organisations can see records for their own people through a secure login.
05Client confidentiality
We describe clients on this website by sector and region, not by name, unless the client has agreed to be named. Engagement findings are shared only with the client.
06Sharing
We share personal information only with staff and consultants who need it to deliver your service, with service providers that host our systems under confidentiality terms, or where the law requires it.
07Keeping and protecting data
We keep enquiry records for up to three years and training and certificate records for as long as they need to be verifiable. Access is restricted and protected by secure systems.
08Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing inquiry@osalp.com.pk.
09Cookies
The website uses essential cookies to work and, if you agree, analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. Embedded YouTube videos and the LinkedIn feed may set their own cookies once you play or view them.
