Process Safety Management

Major accidents start as small gaps nobody connected.

Fires, explosions and toxic releases rarely come from one failure. We help you find and close the gaps between HAZOP, change control, equipment integrity and the people running the plant.

Our services

6 ways we help

01→PSM System DesignA process safety system is only as strong as its weakest element.
02→PHA, HAZOP & HAZIDThe worst accidents start as a "what if" nobody asked.
03→LOPA & SIL AssessmentHow many barriers stand between you and the worst case?
04→Process Safety Indicators (API RP 754)Injury rates will not warn you about the next explosion.
05→Management of ChangeSmall changes, unreviewed, add up to big hazards.
06→Mechanical Integrity & PSM AuditsEquipment does not fail suddenly. It fails slowly, then all at once.
The OSALP approach

How an engagement runs

  1. 01MapIdentify your major-hazard units, chemicals and existing PSM elements.
  2. 02AnalyseHAZOP, LOPA and integrity checks on the highest-risk units first.
  3. 03BuildClose gaps in MOC, permits, procedures and critical equipment.
  4. 04MeasureProcess safety indicators reviewed by leaders every quarter.
A low-risk first step

PSM gap snapshot

A short on-site review of your highest-hazard unit against the core PSM elements, with a ranked list of gaps and the three fixes that matter most.

Questions clients ask

Is process safety only for oil and gas?+

No. Chemicals, fertiliser, textiles, packaging, food, pharma and power plants all handle materials that can burn, explode or release.

Which standards do you use?+

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, the CCPS Risk Based Process Safety model, API RP 754 and IEC 61511, adapted to your site.

Do you run public courses?+

No. All work is in-house, scoped to your plant and quoted per engagement.

Most serious accidents send warnings first. Let’s find yours.
