From compliance training to behaviour change
OSALP began in 1995 delivering safety training to Pakistani industry. Three decades later we work with operators, multinationals, contractors and NGOs in Pakistan and abroad, across 15 HSSE disciplines.
What has changed is the goal. Attendance and test scores are not enough; clients need people who act safely when no one is watching. That is why every engagement now pairs consulting and training with reinforcement and measurement through our own systems.
